As part of our support to smallholder farmers, w have developed an outgrower scheme that has a very strong focus on improving productivity, ensuring market access, and enhancing livelihoods.
Through this scheme, farmers receive access to high-quality seeds, inputs, training in regenerative and climate-smart agriculture, and guaranteed off-take agreements at competitive prices. The model fosters long-term partnerships, reduces production risks, and promotes sustainable farming practices that benefit both the farmers and the environment.
